The restaurant features international cuisine with an Asian twist, including dim-sum selection, a noodle bar and a western corner with meat and seafood grills.

Kushi

Kushi is a specialised Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar manned by a master sushi chef. Wagyu beef menus are available as well as a wide variety of sake and cocktails. You can also enjoy a unique yakiniku experience that includes a built-in grill at each table, and set menu offering chef ’s specials, depending on fresh fish arrivals. You will be transported to the Far East with a red, Geisha-inspired sensual design, including an impressive centrepiece made of hundreds of Geisha combs.

Ilot Mangénie -International & Grill will take destination dining to a whole new level. It is located just a few steps from the beach cabanas, it offers a selection of exquisite culinary delights for those who have escaped to the private island paradise.

Seafood lovers paradise as they offer freshly caught fish served at your table, wood-fired truffle pizzas, tailor-made cocktails and local specialty rums.

Overlooking Hibiscus Bay, Safran is a refined dining restaurant offering a blend of authentic Indian and Mauritian cuisines. An array of popular Indian dishes served family-style is available in this contemporary and elegant setting complete with an open kitchen. The venue offers all the tenets of a truly memorable dining experience: from decoration and ambience to the preparation and presentation.
The restaurant offers an à la carte menu with vegetarian options as well as a copper clad tandoori oven and incense at the entrance to the restaurant, you will embark on a sensory journey to India.
